Update start_url in PWA

I wanted to add a shortcut to the iPad home screen so I would have quick access to the collected telemetry.

Unfortunately, in manifest.webmanifest you have start_url defined as “/?source=pwa” which opens the website’s main page. I would rather have it to go straight to /dashboard/

It’s one click less, but it’s a whole different experience.
